Neil J. Arnold
Neil attended York University and thereafter the University of Detroit School of Law. Neil was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Michigan in 1982, and as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1985.
From 1985 through 1989, Neil practiced in Toronto and since 1989 in Owen Sound. Neil has practiced Family Law exclusively since 2003. Neil is a member of the Bench Bar Committee of the Grey County Law Association as well as a member of the Bruce County Law Association.
Neil has handled all types of Family Law matters before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
Through his wealth of experience, Neil is able to effectively assist clients to resolve complex legal issues. Neil, at all times, acts on the principle that it is not only in his client’s best interest, but where children are involved, in the children’s best interest, that a fair and equitable resolution be reached in a timely manner.
