Jacquelyn was called to the Bar in 2015 and is an Associate Lawyer at H. Jane Robertson & Associates that is an Owen Sound legal firm. Jacquelyn graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Juris Doctor (J.D.). Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
Jacquelyn can help you with your family law issues, including custody and access, child support, spousal support, division of property, and child protection work. Jacquelyn works hard to build a relationship of trust with her clients. She offers practical advice to her clients and ensures they have the information they need to make the best decisions. Jacquelyn has studied Alternative Dispute Resolution, and is a proponent of processes such as collaborative family law. She strongly believes that better outcomes are produced when the parties have more control over the process of resolving their family law disputes.
Jacquelyn was born and raised in Owen Sound and has returned to the area to practice law. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and camping.
In Collaborative Practice, you commit to:

2. Maintain open communication and information sharing.
3. Create shared solutions acknowledging the highest priorities of all.
