Graduate of McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario (B.A. 1979) and The University of Western Ontario, London Ontario (LL.B. 1982). Called to the Bar in 1984. Operating a general law practice in Mount Forest and Palmerston, Ontario since 1984 and a partner in the law firm of Fallis, Fallis & McMillan since 1988. Successful completion of Level 1 and Level 2 Collaborative Law training. A general law practice consisting of real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial with his litigation practice primarily restricted to the family law area. Has lived in Mount Forest since 1984. Married with four young adult children.
