Alexander Wade

The collaborative process is a great alternative dispute resolution for the settlement of issues, as they are decided by you, the client, and not by an independent third party, who doesn’t know you or your family. Throughout this process, you are guided by family, financial, and legal professionals that facilitate arriving at a mutually agreed settlement agreement. In doing so, communication is key, and promotes a wholesome resolution that considers all of your priorities, not just the legal issues.

Alexander (“Alex”) M. Wade is a partner with the firm, Middlebro’ & Stevens LLP. He was raised in Owen Sound, and returned to the area to practice after accumulating vast life experiences all over Canada and while living abroad. With a young family, Alex understands the novel concerns that separating parents face, particularly when it comes to custody and access, and he encourages the use of the collaborative process to settle these often extremely difficult situations.
Please, feel free to reach out for a discussion as to how the collaborative process can best suit you.

Please note that we also have a Bruce Peninsula office, located at 647 Berford Street, Wiarton, Ontario, to assist with serving our northern clients.
